How to Preserve

Unshelled nuts can be stored in a cool or dark place for months whereas the shelled nuts can be stored for years. Peanuts can be stored in a glass or in a plastic container. Should not chop it before storing. Peanuts can absorb odour easily so it always recommended to keep them away from the other smell foods.

We can store the peanuts in a room temperature, but its best to store in the refrigerator to keep its freshness and to prolong its shelf life.
